Rongxian Shunfa Ceramics Co., Ltd. was established in 2012 and is located in Group 9, Ciba'ao Village, Tiechang Town. In recent years, our factory has continuously increased investment in technological transformation, spending 320 million yuan to build a new high-standard factory building with a full frame of 9 floors, covering an area of more than 200 mu and a production workshop of 220,000 square meters.Currently, the company has changed the traditional pottery making process and replaced it with tunnel kiln production lines. Since the raw material clay belongs to our own mine, we have adopted integrated mechanization to excavate the mud material to ensure the environmental safety and pollution-free of pottery mud. The mud material is refined into blanks by advanced radar machines (unique research and development) and vacuum extrusion machines (unique) in the production workshop. Then it is processed through automatic rolling presses (unique), fully automatic glazing machines (unique research and development), and runs through the fully automatic kiln operation system under the natural gas firing process at 1,180 degrees (the highest temperature in the industry is generally 1,100 degrees). This method is of great significance in improving production, ensuring quality, reducing energy consumption, and protecting the environment.In recent years, Shunfa Ceramics has changed the traditional pottery making process and introduced industry-leading tunnel kiln production lines, mechanized blanking processes, vacuum extrusion processes for pottery mud, and natural gas firing processes. Compared with traditional processes, our products have reduced energy consumption, reduced environmental pollution, and achieved dual increases in quality and efficiency. Shunfa Ceramics has embarked on the path of transformation and upgrading for development. The first step of transformation and development is technological transformation. Through intelligent technological transformation and the introduction of advanced industry processes, we have basically achieved the transition from traditional pottery making to mechanized and automated pottery making.Before the technological transformation, the traditional pottery making process was adopted, with working methods such as manual pottery making and manual handling, resulting in low production efficiency, large differences in product quality, and high energy consumption in the enterprise. Problems such as frequent delays in ord
