Founded in 1983, China Machine Tool Sales and Technical Services Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Machinery Industry Corporation. It is the first national company in China's machine tool industry to integrate domestic and foreign trade, technology, industry and trade. It has been successively awarded by the state with the qualifications of "Grade A mechanical and electrical equipment complete unit qualification" and "Grade A construction engineering equipment bidding agency".
