Our company was established in November 2020. It is located in the Circular Economy Industrial Park of Qinshui Economic and Technological Development Zone. It has an existing production workshop of 10,000 square meters and 13 employees. It mainly produces high-precision stainless steel fibers. It currently has 100 sets of world-advanced metal fiber production equipment and an annual stainless steel fiber production scale of 3,000 tons. The products are mainly sold to Hebei Province. In Beijing, Jiangsu and other places, our company's products have passed ISO9001 quality management system certification and ISO14001 environmental management system certification. Currently, we have 8 independent research and development utility model patents and 2 invention patents are under review. In 2021, we will achieve sales revenue of 20.27 million yuan, and in 2022, we will achieve sales revenue of 23.4 million yuan. It was recognized as a technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise in 2022, recognized as a municipal technology center by the Jincheng City Industry and Information Technology Bureau in 2022, and recognized as a "5G+Industrial Internet+Smart Factory Demonstration Site" by the Municipal Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Promotion Center in 2022. In 2023, it was awarded the honorary title of "Advanced Group in Project Construction" by Qinshui Economic and Technological Development Zone. Stainless steel fiber uses stainless steel raw materials, and the wire is processed into fiber filaments of different wire diameters through special processes. It is mainly used in aviation, aerospace, petroleum, chemical industry, electronic communications, environmental engineering, textile and other fields. The project production equipment adopts the world's most advanced programmable PLC control technology with Ethernet communication interface, dual frequency conversion, synchronous speed regulation, human-machine interface data display, and parameters can be adjusted arbitrarily. After the completion of the project, it will fill the gap in the domestic large-scale production of stainless steel fibers and at the same time save a lot of production for downstream enterprises.
