On September 1, 2017, Hemiao Group settled in Luzhou and established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Luzhou Hemiao Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Luzhou Sipukang Technology Co., Ltd., which changed its name to its current name on April 27, 2020). It invested 100 million yuan in fixed assets and used 13 standardized factories in the first phase with an area of ​​20,000 square meters. It has been built into a high-tech company integrating "R&D, production, sales, and after-sales service". The first phase of the project has completed 4 SMT bilateral lines, 4 automated test lines, and 8 manual test lines. It was put into production in May 2018, with an annual production capacity of 14 million smartphone motherboards/modules. In the second phase of the project, 2 SMT bilateral lines, 4 manual testing lines, 3 assembly lines, and 2 packaging lines have been completed and put into operation in September 2020. It now has an annual production capacity of 20 million smartphone motherboards/modules, 3 million complete smartphones and IOT hardware products. The company achieved an output value of 1.223 billion yuan in 2018, 1.192 billion yuan in 2019, 1.1 billion yuan in 2020, and more than 800 million yuan in 2002, and provided employment for more than 800 people.
