Ningxia Huahui Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Huahui) was formerly Ningxia Huahui Activated Carbon Co., Ltd., which was established in 1992. It is the largest activated carbon manufacturer in China jointly invested by Ningxia Hengli Wire Rope Co., Ltd., Rongde Asset Management Co., Ltd., China Huarong Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Ningxia Yinchuan Thermal Power Co., Ltd. The company's existing coal-based activated carbon production capacity is 25,000 tons/year, and will eventually reach a production capacity of 55,000 tons/year by the end of 2010.
