Jiaxing Sitong Wheel Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996. It is a technology-based enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of brake drums, automobile wheels and special equipment. It is located on Bujiao Road, Jiaxing Industrial Park, Jiaxing Science and Technology City, a provincial development zone, on the north side of Pinghutang. It covers an area of ​​107,608 square meters and has a construction area of ​​more than 60,000 square meters. In June 2006, the company cooperated with the American Coston Gamma Company and became a Sino-foreign joint venture controlled by the Chinese party. The company currently has 3 advanced CNC controlled casting lines, 3 CNC controlled machining lines and an automated tubeless wheel production line. It has an annual production capacity of 1 million sets of bimetallic composite automobile brake drums and various types of automobile wheels. The company has continuously passed ISO/TS16949 quality management system certification since 2006, and has been continuously recognized as a national "high-tech enterprise" since 2008. In 2010, it established a "provincial high-tech enterprise research and development center" and in 2012 it was recognized as a "national torch high-tech enterprise". The company has strong independent research and development capabilities: in the research and development of special machines for automobile wheels and brake drums, the company has successfully developed a number of powerful spinning machines, roll forming machines, automatic circulation centrifugal casting machines and other major equipment. Among them, the powerful spinning machine is recognized as the first set of products in Zhejiang Province. The company has obtained 20 patents (including 6 Chinese invention patents and 1 American and Mexican patent each).
