Youyang County Youzhou Ecological Agriculture Development Co., Ltd., formerly known as Youyang County Jinyinshan Forestry Co., Ltd., has a registered capital of 100 million yuan. In December 2018, with the support of the Youyang County Party Committee and County Government, the company was deeply involved in the development of the camellia oleifera industry. After repeated investigations, it refined the industrial development model of "state-owned enterprises + village collective economic organizations + farmers", closely linking the interests of the company, village collectives and farmers. The company's full investment in technology, seedlings, fertilizers, management and infrastructure, etc. accounts for 60% of the shares. The village collective economy is responsible for organizing labor services and daily management and accounts for 8% of the shares. Farmers hold 32% of the shares with land management rights. The company currently has 126 employees, including 2 camellia oil production and processing technical experts, 4 technical backbones, 12 technicians, and more than 40 long-term camellia oil base management personnel. The tea oil pressing, refining and packaging production line with an annual output of 1,000 tons was put into operation in June 2020. It adopts international advanced low-temperature cold pressing technology, which does not destroy the natural nutrients of tea oil and retains the unique tea aroma. We are actively promoting the construction of a fully intelligent production line with an annual output of 10,000 tons of camellia oil and extended products. We are exploring and utilizing the entire industry chain to increase added value and reduce production costs. The annual output value can reach more than 2 billion yuan.
