Shanxi Xinghuacun Fenjiu International Trading Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanxi Xinghuacun Fenjiu Factory Co., Ltd. and is the first self-operated import and export enterprise in the national liquor industry. The company was spun off from the original Shanxi Xinghuacun International Trade Investment Co., Ltd. in 2018, with a registered capital of 100 million yuan, and currently has more than 220 regular employees and more than 100 temporary workers. The company's main business is the domestic sales, import and export and other related businesses of the nationally well-known trademark "Xinghuacun" brand Fenjiu, Zhuye Qingjiu and its series of wines. Since its establishment, the company has been committed to promoting the "Xinghua Village" wine culture to the world. Fenjiu and Zhuyeqing series of export wines are exported to more than 50 countries and regions including Europe, the United States, Australia, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Macao. Guomao Company consists of Longcheng Guomao Fenjiu Sales Company, Changfeng Guomao Fenjiu Sales Company and more than ten subsidiaries in Beijing, Dalian and Datong, 14 business departments and 7 specialty stores, responsible for Fenjiu brand sales and various business operations. The company has functional departments: General Office, Finance Department, Party and Mass Work Department, Legal Department, Security Department, Logistics Center, Market Supervision Department, Planning and Development Department, Import and Export Business Department, and Liquor Marketing Management Department.
