Our design department concentrates on the developing of new products . it is about 50 designs developped by them every month . our designers are all with about 10 years relevant working experience in this industry . they also make samples based on customer's requests and designs , sample making can be completed in 5-10 days . We have more than 10 QC staff . we do inspections all over QC procedures. They check raw materials before production and check the quality on the production lines , then check finished products . in order to reach to the international standard . Our developing time is 40-45 days generally . in the peak season it is about 50-60 days .
