Omega Foundry was established in 2020, located in Jiahe County, Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, and was born in an enterprise with more than 30 years of foundry production experience. From 1986 to 2006, the manual molding process of clay sand was adopted. From 2006 to 2013, it was upgraded to semi-automatic molding line production. In 2014, the vertical molding line was added. In 2016, the shell casting of coated sand began to be studied. Up to now, it is mainly coated sand casting. After numerous tests and improvements, the coated sand casting has achieved a new casting process to produce high-quality products at the lowest cost. Some products can meet the technological requirements of wax pattern precision casting. With rich casting experience, we treat products as works of art and pay attention to every detail of products.
