Hunan Double Lion Rubber Products Co. Ltd. is a domestic professional factory for the production of husking cots. Since 1965, it has move from Wuxi, Jiangsu Province to Changde, Hunan Province, with a production history of more than 50 years. From 1965 to 1991, it was successively subordinate to the Ministry of grain and the Ministry of Commerce, with the full names of Changde Grain Machinery Factory of the Ministry of grain and Changde Grain Machinery factory of the Ministry of Commerce; from 1992 to 1999, it was transferred to the Grain Bureau of Hunan Province and its full name was Changde Grain Machinery Factory; in 2000, it was transferred to Changde Grain Bureau with the same name; in December 2001, it was declared bankrupt. In 2001, it was reorganized and renamed Changde Shuangshi Grain Machinery Co., Ltd. for the first time, and the current name was changde for the second time in 2005.
