Libang Group was founded in 1991. Its subsidiaries include Baoding Gangxing Paper Co., Ltd. and Hubei Libang Paper Co., Ltd. Hubei Libang Paper Co., Ltd. started construction in August 2018. The project is located in the High-tech Industrial Park of Xiaonan District, Xiaogan City, Hubei Province, a thoroughfare of nine provinces. It has convenient transportation and is an important transportation hub connecting the east to the west and the south to the north. It is very conducive to the business development of central China, south China, southwest and other regions. The formal commissioning of the Xiaogan production base in Hubei has enabled the group's Hubei Libang Paper and Baoding Gangxing Paper to echo each other from north to south. Hubei Libang Paper Co., Ltd. plans to occupy an area of ​​more than 700 acres, with a total construction area of ​​approximately 420,000 square meters, including approximately 392,000 square meters of factory buildings, approximately 28,000 square meters of comprehensive buildings and ancillary buildings, equipped with 190 tons of heating systems, sewage treatment systems, office buildings, canteens, guard rooms, greening and other supporting facilities, and has purchased 16 papermaking production lines and equipment. With a total investment of approximately 1.7 billion yuan and providing more than 800 jobs, it is Libang Group’s large-scale intelligent manufacturing production base in central China. It is equipped with the most advanced papermaking machines and supporting equipment in the world and has a planned annual production capacity of approximately 300,000 tons.
