In November 2007, the company was restructured and renamed its current name "Guangdong Guangsheng Nonferrous Metals Import and Export Co., Ltd." In September 2008, the company's assets were injected into Guangsheng Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd., becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guangsheng Nonferrous Metals (listing code 600259). After 43 years of development, the company has a registered capital of 100.05 million yuan, operating income of more than 60 billion yuan in the past ten years, net profit of more than 150 million yuan, and foreign exchange earnings of more than 400 million US dollars.
