Dongguan Comte Headwear Manufactory Limited, located in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, is the wholly own manufacturing plant of Global One Headwear Limited with its headquarters in Hong Kong. The company was established in 1979 and is a pioneer in the industry. Our factory covers an area of 20,000 square meters and has employed more than 700 staff. With over 30 years of expertise in headwear manufacturing, we fully understand the needs of our customers and we work hard on effective cost control and are committed to deliver consistent and good quality of products and services, and various value-added services to our customers such as new product development/design and logistics arrangement, etc. With the support from our customers, we continue to grow in the competitive environment and we are producing for many well-known international brands such as Levi's, Umbro, J. Crew, Billabong, North Face, Reebok, Rip Curl, and Li Ning, etc. Our facilities are ISO9001:2008 certified and our factory strictly follows SA8000, COC standard. The certificates are issued by CSCC, ITS and BV, etc. to ensure our operation meets all compliant requirements according to international standard and local law. In our production plant, we have 6 woven cap production lines, our own embroidery workshop that equip with 60 nos. of latest Japanese embroidery machines, laser cut machines, computerized cutting system, automatic ironing system and knit hat section that equip with several computerized and manual knitting machines. Our annual capacity is 5 million woven caps and 400K pcs knitted hats.
