The total area of our production facilities is 250,000 square meters (2.70 millions square feet). This is divided into 120,000 square meters of production space dedicated to our tool segment, and the other 130,000 square meters to our outdoor products segment. We have over 4,000 employees worldwide. Our main industrial production bases are located in Zhejiang, China and Phnom Penh, Cambodia. We have commercial operations located in USA and Southeast Asia. We produce and assemble a variety of power tools & accessories, hand tools, garden tools, tool bags, outdoor products and numerous subcategories. In our Shanghai head office, our 4,000-square-meter modern design showroom exhibits the breadth of our innovative and comprehensive product lines and is guaranteed to impress any global customer who visits.With our multinational business presence and strong product development team, we are highly innovative and have designed a variety of functional and attractive products according to the specific needs of the global markets. Our products are very popular and extensively sold in over 50 countries. At present, we hold over 400 design patents and received the Gold Award for design at the Canton Fair. For our Tools segment production base, we have 70,000 square meters of dedicated factory space housing the production lines of more than 100 state of the art manufacturing machines. Our production lines strictly follow the ISO standard procedures, and we are consistently manufacturing top-quality products with best-in-class techniques. In addition to our manufacturing space, we operate 30,000 square meters space workshop for assembly purposes, 50,000 square meters of multifunctional warehouse, we use an advanced ERP management system and established long-term partnerships with 500 upstream and downstream manufacturers. We are confident in being able to provide our customers with the highest quality, most cost-efficient products and deliver world class solutions and service to them.
