Beijing Kewei Clinical Diagnostic Reagents Co., Ltd.

The predecessor of Beijing Kewei Clinical Diagnostic Reagents Co., Ltd. was Beijing Kewei Clinical Diagnostic Reagents Factory founded in 1990 by the 302 Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army. 302 Hospital is a specialized hospital for infectious diseases in the military, bringing together many well-known domestic clinical and diagnostic experts and professors. 302 Hospital has injected a large amount of leading technological achievements and valuable intangible assets into Beijing Kewei Clinical Diagnostic Reagent Factory. In 1992, the Ministry of Health of the General Logistics Department approved the establishment of the "Quality Control Center for Diagnostic Reagents for Infectious Diseases in the Army" on this basis. On January 1, 2004, in accordance with relevant national regulations and approved by the Ministry of Health of the General Logistics Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, the former Beijing Kewei Clinical Diagnostic Reagent Factory underwent corporate restructuring and asset reorganization, and Beijing Kewei Clinical Diagnostic Reagent Co., Ltd. with a modern enterprise mechanism was established. On December 31, 2013, through the equity change, it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nantong Yishi Biotechnology Co., Ltd., realizing a strong alliance. After the merger, the company's product line achieved full coverage of enzyme immunoassay, chemiluminescence, gold standard rapid diagnosis, semi-automatic instruments, and fully automatic instruments. At the same time, the two companies' respective advantages in overseas markets and domestic clinical market channels were integrated to achieve complementary advantages and lay a solid foundation for becoming a first-class domestic in vitro diagnostic reagent production and R&D enterprise.
