The ANNUAL PRODUCTION OF 120 million meters cloth and 5 million sets of home textiles project is invested and constructed by Changxing County Dacheng Light Textile Co., LTD. Main products: top - grade garment fabrics, home textiles and so on. The project company has the ability to develop different styles of fabrics and a certain scale of production capacity, and has business contacts with more than ten well-known clothing companies in China, such as Hongdou Clothing, Bosideng, Hailan Home and so on. The project covers an area of 70 mu, with a total investment of 280 million yuan, including 200 million yuan in fixed assets invested in 1000 new generation high-end water jet looms, 20 sets of 15 positioning energy-saving loading machines, 4 Xushui washing and bleaching production lines, 40 digital printing production lines and other related production equipment. The project is divided into two phases. In the first phase, a standardized steel structure workshop with an area of 23,000 square meters, a 5-story complex building with an area of 3,700 square meters and related ancillary facilities are constructed. The construction started in July 2021, was completed and put into operation in April 2022, and became a standardized enterprise in July 2022. At present, IT HAS invested 286 new generation of high-end water jets, 4 sets of 15 positioning energy-saving bomb adding machines, 2 sets of South Korean imported molding machines, 8 HA dye tank and other equipment. The second phase is scheduled to start construction in November 2022 and is expected to be completed by May 2023.
