Xingyi Qiannonghui Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd. was registered and established on August 1, 2017. It is a wholly state-owned enterprise. The investor and the competent department are the Xingyi Municipal Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau. The company is mainly responsible for the construction and operation of Xingyi City’s livestock and poultry industrial park and agricultural industry (poverty alleviation industry) projects. Since the establishment of Qiannonghui Company, under the strong leadership of the competent authorities, the company has been united and resolutely implemented the overall deployment of the municipal party committee and government for the development of the agricultural industry, and quickly invested in project start-up and construction. In 2018, the three projects selected by the Municipal People's Government to participate in the Quanzhou Agricultural Industry Observation Meeting were all projects organized and implemented by the Municipal Qiannonghui Company. The two projects of shore-based fish farming and distribution center won the first place in the individual evaluation, and the local specialty fruit (Xingyi Dahongpao, Xingyi Haizi pear) breeding base won the second place in the individual evaluation. In the end, Xingyi City won the first place in the comprehensive ranking of agricultural industry observation in the state in 2018, the best result in history. The company currently has 32 employees and 118 service personnel (including subsidiaries). It consists of eight departments: general, finance, project, market, safety, breeding, human resources, investment and financing.
