Zhangjiajie Guayamei Tujia Brocade Development Co., Ltd. was established in 2015. It is a privately owned enterprise specializing in the research, development, design, production, inheritance and promotion of the national intangible cultural heritage Tujia Brocade (Xilan Kapu). The company has a registered capital of 20 million yuan. Since its establishment, relying on Zhangjiajie’s unique tourism resource advantages, the development ideas of the cultural tourism industry have been established. The company is located on Huajuan Road, Wulingyuan District, Zhangjiajie City. It has multiple functions such as R&D, design, production, display, and marketing services. It is currently the largest Tujia brocade R&D center and production base in China. In 2016, it was listed as a key industrial poverty alleviation project in Wulingyuan District. Tujia brocade is a traditional handicraft inherited by the Tujia people for 3,000 years.
