It is also the only labor-intensive enterprise specializing in the production of colored rubber overshoes, colored rubber high-waisted rain boots, and polyethylene slippers in the four provinces of Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, and Xinjiang. In 2017, it was settled in Liufeng Industrial Park as an "out of the city and into the park" project of Gangu County, covering an area of ​​31 acres, with a factory building of 22,000 square meters, 7 footwear product production lines, more than 1,600 employees, and fixed assets of 120 million yuan. The company has 6 employment assistance workshops (Yaozhuang Processing Workshop, Dawangzhuang Processing Workshop, Baoziping Processing Workshop, Model Middle School Processing Workshop, Jinshan Processing Workshop, and Jinping Processing Workshop). The company currently has 3 export production lines for all-rubber shoes, mainly producing rain boots, neoprene shoes, anti-smash shoes, and protective shoes; 3 export production lines for cold-adhesive shoes, mainly producing casual shoes; and 1 semi-automatic production line for cloth rubber shoes, with its own brands "Tianhengxingyuan" and "Yataile", which mainly produces labor protection rubber shoes. The products are mainly for export orders and are mainly sold to the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan and other countries, as well as domestic Heilongjiang, Jilin, Xinjiang, Shandong and other places. At present, the average annual production capacity can reach more than 3 million pairs, the annual output value can reach 140 million yuan, creating profits of more than 20 million yuan, and profits and taxes of more than 18 million yuan. In 2021, the company will focus on optimizing the industrial chain, making the industrial brand bigger and stronger, and fully serving rural revitalization. It has successfully transformed and upgraded into a "rural revitalization employment factory" and plans to build 2 more cold-stick shoe production lines and recruit more than 200 employees.
