Sichuan Atlantic Welding Materials Co., Ltd. was founded in 1949. Its predecessor was Shanghai Bincheng Welding Materials Manufacturing Factory. It was the first welding materials manufacturing enterprise in China. In 1969, it was renamed China Welding Rod Factory. In 1996, the entire enterprise was restructured into Sichuan Atlantic Group Co., Ltd., and in 199 In 9 years, Sichuan Atlantic Group Co., Ltd. was the main sponsor and joined five other companies to establish Sichuan Atlantic Welding Materials Co., Ltd. In 2001, the company was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code 600558), becoming the only state-controlled listed company in the domestic welding materials industry.
