Heng Tai Rong He Co., Ltd. was founded by Yong Chen Teng Fei Co. Ltd. at Jinzhong city in 2014. Our main business items include: Sand Cast Iron, Aluminum Alloy LPC (Low Pressure Casting) and Magnesium Alloy Casting. The whole project construction is divided into two phases, with a total investment of about 1 billion RMB. We play a leading and exploratory role in environmental protection in Ling Shi County. _x000D_In the first phase, we concentrate on the Cast Iron Production Line (the First Line) and the Aluminum Alloy Die Casting Production Line (the Second Line)._x000D_The equipment of the Cast Iron Production Line that reach to the international advanced level in quality include the Static Pressure Molding Line (made by Baoding Well Foundry Machinery Co. Ltd.), the Sand Preparation Equipment (Changzhou Fondarc Green Sand Foundry Machine Co. Ltd.) and the Medium-frequency Induction Furnace (Imported from USA) and Taiwan You-shine Numerical Control Machining Center and Xiehong Vertical Processing Center. Moreover, there are varieties of equipments used for cleaning, core-making, polishing, machining, etc. We introduced precision testing equipment from German and they are spectrograph, three-coordinate machine and microscope. At present, the main products are machinery parts used in trucks, cars, automobiles etc. The machinery parts include the Wheel Hub, the Brake Drum, the Cylinder Block and the Cylinder Head (the Four-cylinder Engine and the Six-cylinder Engine), the Bell Housing and the Transmission Housing. Our company invests 350 million RMB in the development of the Cast Iron Production Line. It had been put into operation in April 2015. The average annual total production of the casting is expected to reach 60,000 tons with annual output value of 780 million RMB and annual taxes of 60 million RMB._x000D_Also, the following is about the detail information of the Aluminum Alloy Die Casting Production Line. The production equipments used for manufacture and detection in the Second Line include the Press-casting Machine, the Machine Tool, the Three-coordinate Measuring Machine, the X-Ray Testing Machine, the Salt Fog Corrosion Tester, the Projection Detector Tester, the Static Performance Tester, etc. The main product is the Wheel Hub used in all kinds of cars. Our company will invest 300 million RMB in the development of the Aluminum Alloy Die Casting Production Line. the number of the annual total production of the Wheel Hub is about 2.4 million with annual output value of 600 million RMB and annual taxes of 50 million RMB._x000D_To sum up, the whole investment of all these equipments in the Two Production Line in the first phase is 650 million RMB.If all goes well, it is certain that our company will operate very well with annual output value 1.38 billion RMB and annual taxes 110 million RMB._x000D_The second phase consists of a magnesium alloy die casting production line, research center, enlargement of the workshop and the molding plant. The total investment of it is 350 million RMB.
