Shandong Ruibin Precision Manufacturing Co., LTD., is located in Linyi High and New-tech Industrial Development Zone, Linyi city, Shandong province. It is a professional enterprise specialized in manufacturing cylinder body, which is the core component of the small general gasoline engine, garden machinery, plant-protection machinery, construction machinery, aeromodelling and vehicle models, etc. We are currently the largest manufacturer which is producing the cylinder body of small gasoline engine in China.It established in 1997,originally named Linyi Zhaohua Engine Machinery CO., LTD., with the main production of through-hole cylinder body for mist-duster series. Its annual production is 32,000 cylinder bodies, and it increased to 145,000 in 1998.From 1999 to 2001, we developed cylinder body for brush cutter series, upgraded equipments for the first time to enable them to produce the blind-hole cylinder body, with an annual output of 740,000 cylinder body.From 2002 to 2003, we developed cylinder body for scooter, chain saw series and set up a plating workshop .The key technology of cylinder body used within the pore-size chrome-plated adopted Hard Chromium Plating Technology. And at the same time, we start to develop environmental- protection-standard cylinder. In order to facilitate the further expansion of production, we begin to build new factory, which covers an area of 28,000 square meters.In 2004, we changed the name into Linyi Zhaohua Engine Machinery CO., LTD. and moved to new factory on May 1. Upgrade equipments for the second time to enable them to achieve an annual output of three million cylinder body, to become the largest manufacturer of cylinder body.From 2005 to 2006, we purchased a die-casting plant, introduced a series of advanced die-casting equipments, and equipped with automatic spraying and feeding equipment, which fully improve the quality of the die-casting products.In 2007, we get the stratified scavenging technology patent successfully, passed through ISO9001: 2000 quality system certification and ROSH Detection of harmful substances. Meanwhile, our machining equipment was modified for the CNC machine tools and high-tech CNC machining centers, etc. And we are experimenting with the application of Nickel-based Carbide Technology.
