We do tooling in house. Injection Molding: from 0.5g-4000g, all colors, from simple split molds to complex multi-plate molds. We have total 26 injection machines. Stamping: we have automated stamping machines for hardware, ensure quality and lower manufacture cost.Testing: We have salt spray tester, static loading tester, pull force tester, hardness tester to ensure product quality in design and production.
