Guizhou Xiu Niang Culture Co., Ltd. was established in September 2019. It is a rapidly developing intangible cultural and creative force. The company's management team is composed of senior intangible cultural and creative, Internet, and business management consulting professionals from coastal areas. The core employee team comes from the "Miao Lai Work-Study Craft Cooperative" of the Folk Art College of Qiandongnan Vocational and Technical College for Nationalities, which was established under the leadership of the company. This cooperative is a student organization for college students majoring in folk arts to carry out work-study activities based on craft design and production. The "Miao Lai Lai" team has won the first place in the school competition of the "National College Student Internet + Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition" (102 entrepreneurial teams participated), the silver medal in the provincial competition, and the Excellence Award in the "China Chuangyi" Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition with its excellent style of hard work, courage to innovate, and emphasis on social responsibility. The first president, Liu Quanfen, won the first place in Guizhou Province’s national college student embroidery competition and national scholarships and other honors; the second president, Yang Qian, won the first prize in Guizhou Province College Student Art Exhibition Art Work Design, the third place in Guizhou Province Vocational College Embroidery Competition (179 contestants from 32 vocational colleges), and the National Inspirational Award. Scholarships and other honors; the third president Jiao Anqin has won the first place in sewing skills in the provincial vocational skills competition, the second place in batik, and the second place in the overall score of the Guizhou Vocational College Embroidery Competition; the backbone of the cooperative, Long Changli and Mo Hongmei, have also won the National Inspirational Scholarship, the first place in the Guizhou Province Vocational College Embroidery Competition, and other honors. The company currently has more than 80 full-time employees and more than 150 part-time embroiderers.
