Guangdong Hunter Valley Precision Casting Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Xinxing County, Guangdong Province, China. Entered the hardware industry in 2005. It is a manufacturing enterprise based on the molding and manufacturing of stainless steel metal materials, providing integrated services from product research and development to assembly and shipment of finished products to global customers. Over the years, we have been guided by market demand, independently designing new products, developing new processes, independently developing precision casting ERP management systems and developing related intelligent production equipment. Efficiently combining scientific theory with production practice, we are committed to providing more reliable products and services to mid- to high-end customers. After several years of careful management, we have accumulated rich experience in production management. In order to further expand production capacity, in May 2020, our company built a new factory in Chegang Town, Xinxing County, Guangdong Province. The new factory covers an area of ​​83 acres, with a factory building area of ​​nearly 40,000 square meters. With a total investment of 180 million yuan, the project will be constructed in two phases. The first phase is planned to be completed and put into operation in 2021, with a designed production capacity of up to 2,800 tons/year. The second phase will be completed in 2023, when the annual output will reach 5,500 tons. The Hunter Valley new factory project is constructed in accordance with "integration, automation, informatization, and intelligence", integrating traditional discrete production lines into a complete automated production line, and ultimately realizing a precision casting intelligent production line. After the Hunter Valley new factory project is completed, it will have three major functions: R&D and manufacturing of high-tech precision castings, transformation of industry-university-research results, and an industrial tourism demonstration site: 1. Build a professional basic research laboratory for precision casting and combine it with an industrial Internet platform to create a large-scale high-tech laboratory in the precision casting industry.
