The company's predecessor was Xiahe County Food Factory. In 2010, Anduo Investment Company acquired the entire equity of the original Gansu Jinfengxiang Halal Food Co., Ltd. and changed it to Gansu Anduo Halal Green Food Co., Ltd. The company's original address was Renmin East Street, Xiahe County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, with a registered capital of 19 million yuan. As of December 31, 2013, the total assets of Gansu Anduo Halal Green Food Co., Ltd. (old factory) were 154.33 million yuan. In May 2012, the Gansu Anduo Halal Green Food Company relocation and expansion project was implemented. It mainly built fully automated yak and Tibetan mutton slaughtering and segmentation production lines. The cumulative investment completed was 248.21 million yuan. Commissioning and trial production was completed at the end of November 2013, with an annual slaughtering and processing of 10,000 tons of yak and Tibetan mutton, and a cold chain storage capacity of 10,000 tons. As of December 31, 2013, the total assets of Gansu Anduo Halal Green Food Co., Ltd. (new factory area) were 276.7 million yuan. The company's new site is located in the Amdo Animal Husbandry Industrial Park, Xiatan Village, Wanggeltang Town, Xiahe County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture. It covers an area of ​​360 acres. It is one of the largest designated slaughtering enterprises in the Tibetan area. It is responsible for the important meat supply and guarantee tasks in the Amdo Tibetan area. It currently employs 280 people, including 66 technical staff.
