GAC INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as GAC MOTOR) is a wholly-owned subsidiary established by Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as GAC Group ). Strategically positioned in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, a broad space for Chinese independent automobile brands to extend globally, GAC MOTOR was born in September 2019 to strategically coordinate and manage its overseas business. GAC Group is taking the initiative to embrace global developing trends and put focus on expanding in the international market. GAC MOTOR sells vehicles, auto parts and components developed by GAC Group to overseas markets, and provides relevant trade services for their international partners. Currently, GAC MOTOR has successfully infiltrated the markets of Middle East, Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, Africa and America, total of 28 countries and regions worldwide, by establishing a strong global sales network and service system. While actively exploring sales channels, GAC MOTOR also focuses on the establishment of brand image. Since 2013, GAC MOTOR has participated in North American International Auto shows for a number of five times and continues to participate in international auto shows such as Paris Auto Show, Dubai Auto Show and Moscow Auto Show, progressively building its image as an international brand. In order to meet the needs of its rapid development, GAC MOTOR has set up its subsidiaries in Hong Kong and Russia in 2019. While GAC MOTOR Hong Kong is the platform to build efficient trades, a key step for the integration of a global value chain in the automotive industry, and a significant milestone, accelerating institutional innovation and effectively promoting the concept of opening up all around” and taking the lead. Moreover, GAC MOTOR Russian is the first project of GAC MOTOR's overseas localization operation. Russia as a key country along the northern route of the Belt and Road Initiative, the Russian market has a great strategic significance to GAC MOTOR and its expansion into Eastern Europe and global.
