Established in July 2018, EVPS Anhui Power Battery Co., Ltd is located in Economic and Technological Development Zone of Nanqiao District, Chuzhou City, covering an area of 240,000 square meters, and is jointly invested and constructed by Sequoia Capital, Shanshan Stock Co., LTD, China Insurance Investment Fund, and Nanqiao State-owned Assets Co., LTD. The company has a registered capital of RMB 1.3 billion and a planned investment of RMB 5 billion to build a lithium-ion battery project with an annual capacity of 10GWh, which has been built into an annual capacity of 4GWh. EVPS focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of lithium-ion power batteries and their systems, and its core product, Cylindrical 26700 batteries, is widely used in light vehicles, portable energy storage, base station energy storage and other fields. EVPS has passed IATF16949 certification, high-tech enterprise certification, and built a complete set of quality system.
