The total investment of the project is 150 million yuan, covering an area of ​​61.5 acres, with a total construction area of ​​41,000 square meters, a standardized factory building of 32,000 square meters, and a comprehensive building of 3,672 square meters. It mainly produces men's socks, women's socks, children's socks, sports socks, single-cylinder socks, double-cylinder socks, pantyhose and other types of socks. It is one of the professional sock manufacturers in China with the most complete series, the most complete varieties and the most stable quality. The company has introduced advanced equipment such as high-end knitting sock machines, setting machines, and sewing machines with leading domestic technologies. Its products are exported to many countries and regions such as Japan, the United States, Canada, and Europe. It is the main supplier of internationally renowned brands such as LEG APPAREL LLC, BERKSHIRE FASHIONS INC, GBG (AE), and has passed certifications from international commercial retail giants such as Walmart, WALGREEN, and GAP. After the project is completed, relying on Funan's good labor resources, it can achieve an annual production of 150 million pairs of socks of various types, with an annual output value of up to 400 million yuan. Currently, our company is conducting in-depth cooperation and research and development with the Hefei Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Beijing Dahao Technology in the automation and digitalization of sock industry production. In view of the current problems of low efficiency, high cost, and difficulty in ensuring quality in the current traditional sock industry production model, it is planned to build a sock production automatic factory.
