Hebei Construction Engineering Group International Engineering Co., Ltd. was formerly known as the Foreign Economic and Economic Affairs Office of Hebei Provincial Construction Engineering Bureau. It was established in November 1952 and is affiliated to the Provincial People's Government. Responsible for the province’s commodity import, export and technical trade work. In 1955, at the request of the Soviet Union and Mongolia, construction workers were dispatched to work in the Soviet Union and Mongolia. The signed contract value was US$127.6 million, and the completed turnover was US$115.24 million, mainly distributed in Iraq, Egypt, Pakistan, Japan, Chad, Syria, Libya, Singapore, Rwanda and other countries. In May 2014, with the approval of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People's Government of Hebei Province, Hebei Construction Group International Engineering Company was established. The overseas trade of the group company has developed rapidly. The "Tiejia Brand" fiberglass series products, colored bricks and tile mold boxes, glazed lightweight high-strength tiles, prefabricated integrated housing series and other products have international trade in more than 20 countries and regions including the United States, Australia, Ireland, New Zealand, and Uruguay. After years of development and management of overseas projects and foreign trade, the group company has accumulated rich experience in the operation mode, contract negotiation, project management, risk control and other aspects of overseas projects.
