China Light Industry Yilan (Group) Co., Ltd.

China Light Yilan (Group) Co., Ltd. (referred to as China Light Yilan) was founded in 1980 and is located in Xiaohaikou, Xishan District, Kunming City. It was formerly known as Kunming Sodium Tripolyphosphate Factory. It is a key construction project during the national "Sixth Five-Year Plan". It is a large-scale detergent raw material base built for the production of sodium tripolyphosphate and the development of my country's detergent industry. The total investment in construction is 575.5 million yuan. In March 1996, the factory was restructured into a wholly state-owned Zhongqing Yilan (Group) Co., Ltd. China Light Yilan was originally under the management of the Ministry of Light Industry (later the National Light Industry Federation). In December 1999, Zhongqing Ylang Ylang was transferred to Yunnan Province for management. In July 2005, during the integration of the chemical industry in Yunnan Province, Zhongqing Yilan was integrated into Yuntianhua Group and became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yuntianhua Group Co., Ltd. On September 1, 2011, after a major asset reorganization, all assets, personnel and businesses of Yunnan Malong Industrial Group Co., Ltd. were integrated into Zhongqing Yilan. It has fixed assets of 550 million yuan, nearly 1,000 registered employees, and annual sales revenue of 600-800 million yuan. At present, the company's main business is the processing, manufacturing and sales of phosphorus chemical products (sodium tripolyphosphate, yellow phosphorus, phosphoric acid and other phosphate series products), daily detergents (washing powder, liquid detergent and detergent raw material sulfonic acid), and chemical fertilizers (phosphorus-based fertilizers, potassium fertilizers, etc.). The main product production capacity is: the comprehensive production capacity of phosphorus chemical products is 280,000 tons/year; the comprehensive production capacity of daily chemical products (including fertilizers) is 139,000 tons/year; the products are sold to 46 countries
